Calm comes from clear rules.
These rules are designed to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. Strict adherence is mandatory.
General conduct
- Maintain silence in study areas and corridors
- Smoking and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited
- Visitors are allowed only in designated areas during visiting hours
- Keep your rooms and common areas clean
- Report any maintenance issues promptly
Timing & attendance
- Hostel gates close at 10:00 PM
- Attendance is mandatory at 9:30 PM
- Inform warden for late night permissions
- Weekend outings require prior permission
- Mess timings must be strictly followed
Room guidelines
- No cooking in rooms
- Electrical appliances need prior permission
- Room cleaning schedule to be followed
- No alterations to room structure
- Regular room inspections will be conducted

What's included in the rent?
A furnished, air-conditioned room, meals four times a day, up to 100 units of electricity free each month, laundry service, regular housekeeping, and full access to every amenity — theatre, indoor games, gym, rooftop cricket and the garden.
How do I book a room?
It's a quick WhatsApp chat. Message us about what you need, come visit the residence to see it for yourself, and move in. No lengthy forms.
Is Nirvana for boys or girls?
Both. Nirvana Elite is our residence for boys, while Nirvana Village and Nirvana Luxe are for girls.
How far is the campus?
Just 500 metres from Manipal University Jaipur — close enough to walk to a 9 am lecture and be back for lunch.
What do the rooms come with?
Furnished single and twin-sharing rooms with air-conditioning, an attached bathroom with hot water, a study desk and chair, wardrobe storage, and — in select rooms — a private balcony.
Is it safe and secure?
Yes. There's a security guard on duty, CCTV across the common areas, a gated entrance, and a warden you can reach any time. Gates close at 10:00 PM for everyone's peace of mind.
